Preparing for your Session

Choose a private space to have your session where you feel safe and it is quiet.
Check internet connection.
Enable audio and video settings.
Think about what you would like to discuss. What feeling has been most present this week?
Settle in about 5 minutes before your appointment and join the session when you are ready.
Get comfortable with something to drink - coffee, tea, water.
Complete billing prior to session.
